How To Prepare your place for carpet cleaning
Parking for technician
Please arrange for a parking spot as close to your front door or cleaning project as possible.
Breakable items
Remove all breakable items from the cleaning area and store in a safe area (lamps, collectibles, etc.)
Large Furnitures
Other than large furniture, please remove all items from the floor (waste baskets, potted plants, brief cases, toys, etc.) Extremely large or heavy items will remain in place (i.e. entertainment units, china cabinets, pianos). We will clean up to the outside edges.
Medium-sized furniture (i.e. tables, coffee tables, end tables, wing chairs, recliners, sofas) can be moved, the area cleaned, and returned to their location. Some furniture is best left off the carpet until completely dried.
Bed Frames
If you want the carpet under your bed cleaned, you can either move the bed out of the room completley or remove the linens and and lean the mattress up against the wall while resting horizontally on the frame rails. We can than step inside the frame and clean as much of the area as possible. Due to the many steps in our process and the inherent weakness in bed frames, we cannot move the complete bed side to side to perform the cleaning. We can normaly reach a foot or two under most beds from the three available sides without any work on your part.
Pets
Have safe place for your pets to stay. Your front door or other access point may need to be left open during the cleaning process and we would hate it if Skippy or Shadow escaped.

If we do Upholstery Sofa Cleaning
If we cleaning your upholstered furniture please have the pieces easily accessible from all sides and away from any breakable objects or delicate floorings. The pieces will be cleaned on dust sheets whilst cleaning whitch protects the flooring. Loose cushions will be "A" framed on decking's. In most cases furniture should not be reassembled the same day, rather when completley dry the following day.

Carpet Steam Cleaning Our 8-steps
Step 1 - Pre-Inspection
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as nothing carpet construction and soiling conditions and ascertain just how your expectations can be realised. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. The fibre type is also determined with a quick test.
Step 2 - Commercial pre-vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System to remove bonded dry soil. Dry soil is removed by thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Step 3 - Furniture Moving
Sofas chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, wardrobes, bookcases and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
Step 4 - Pre-spray & Pre-spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.
Step 5 - Cleaning Solution
Your carpet will be shampooed with a rotary cleaning machine, which will massage the pile as the shampoo, loosens soil.
Step 6 - Rinse & Extract
Once the soil has been loosened and suspended, our warm water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. As we care about your carpets, we ensure that wool carpets are rinsed with warm or hand hot water. Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind.
Step 7 - Post-spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed. There may be a charge for this service if there are a number of specific stains, which require attention. Note: Permanent stains identified by our technician may not be removed.
Step 8 - Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
Can we remove Any Type of Stains ?
Our technicians come equipped with a comprehensive selection of powerful detergents and machinery. They’re able to remove around 95% of stains. But some of the stains on specific type of carpets or upholstery are permanent. You are going to get honest and upfront opinion about the situation. Pet Odour And Urine Treatments
Can Urine cause damage to your carpet.
Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics. It can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it has a pH of about 5 or 6, which is on the acid side of the pH Scale. It is easier to remove right then when it is fresh. Once it dries it turns “alkaline” or to a high pH between 10 to12 on the scale and becomes more difficult to remove. The warm acid state of the urine offers a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, which begin to flourish almost immediately. In this original acid state the urine begins to oxidize and react with the carpet to create a color change, which will become permanent if the urine is not removed immediately.
Some of this color change can be attributed to the strong ammonia that forms as the urine passes through bacterial and chemical change. If left for days or weeks, depending on the fabric or floor type, it will change the dye structure, therefore causing permanent staining. Even if the soluble deposits are removed, the damage to the dye structure may already be done.
